What will you be doing in this role?

As our Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of large regional contractor accounts within the trade market. Your focus will be on developing long‑term, sustainable partnerships that deliver profitable growth while ensuring excellent customer service.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and strategically develop nominated key regional contractor accounts predominantly in the house building industry
  • Identify and convert new opportunities using industry tools and recording all activity in CRM
  • Negotiate trading agreements and pricing strategies that deliver results
  • Work closely with regional teams and colleagues across the Trade division to achieve commercial objectives
  • Provide accurate forecasting and ensure prompt payment of accounts

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver sustainable sales growth, exceed margin and volume targets, and become a trusted partner to your contractors.
