Airdrie - Part time - 20 Hours - £12.71 per hour + excellent benefits package

At Crown Paints, our Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of the store — helping customers bring projects to life, building relationships with local trades, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You will be:

  • Delivering brilliant customer service in store and over the phone
  • Mixing and tinting paint to customer requirements
  • Driving the store van to deliver stock locally
  • Processing sales and handling POS transactions
  • Supporting stock control, deliveries and store standards
  • Building relationships with customers and opening new trade accounts

Our customers range from DIYers working on weekend projects to professional decorators and builders who rely on us every day. A key part of your role will be to identify potential new customers, establish positive relationships and open customer accounts regularly.
