We’re looking for someone who loves creating content but also cares about how it performs. This role sits at the heart of our marketing activity for Crown Energy, where you’ll bring our brand to life across social, digital and email channels. You’ll plan and deliver social content, create digital assets, and support email marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and leads – with a focus on content that supports campaigns and generates enquiries. You’ll report to our Paid Media Team Leader, giving you exposure to a more commercial, data‑led approach to marketing.
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing content across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)
- Producing digital content including posts, blogs, graphics and short‑form video
- Supporting email campaigns using Mailchimp
- Working with internal teams to turn real projects and updates into engaging content
- Monitoring performance (engagement, clicks, enquiries) and using insights to improve
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in social media, content or digital marketing
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for content
- Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe or similar
- Exposure to email marketing (Mailchimp or similar)
- Someone who enjoys both the creative side and understanding what drives results
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects; WordPress or CMS experience
- Basic video editing
- Interest in how marketing supports leads and business growth
