By expanding our current team this will enable us to keep up with the current market, whilst also ensuring we are providing the best service possible. %department% Location: %location% Type: %contract-term% Salary: %salary% Deadline: %deadline% Apply Now Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Present and explain products or services to customers. Schedule deliveries and follow up on after-sales care. Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers, keeping them informed about market changes. Update customer records using our in-house CRM system. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and sales. Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries. Person Specification / Previous Experience : Proven experience in telemarketing or sales. A background in lubricants / oils is advantageous. Strong communication skills via email and over the phone. Familiarity with MS Office packages. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to build rapport easily.
