We’re looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Metering Sales team. You’ll be at the heart of our customer journey — managing enquiries, converting leads, and delivering a great experience from first contact through to sale completion. If you’re motivated by hitting goals, building relationships, and being rewarded for your success, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a pipeline of 60–90 active enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Work with warm inbound leads from PPC campaigns, customer connections, and data-driven targeting.
- Conduct outbound calls to warm customer data (no cold calling).
- Create self-generated quotes and manage sales through to completion.
- Achieve targets for profit, order volume, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate closely with Connections and Operations teams for seamless project handovers.
- Support a mix of domestic (70%) and commercial (30%) customers – from homeowners to developers and landlords.
