Crown Gas & Power is looking for a proactive, analytical and detail-driven Metering Operations Coordinator to join our growing Metering team. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, investigating issues and using Excel to support accurate decision-making. You may already have experience in utilities, finance, operations, customer coordination or data administration — or you may be looking for a role where you can develop specialist industry knowledge without needing previous metering experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Investigating and resolving meter, data and system queries
  • Using Excel to review, compare and validate information
  • Updating systems and maintaining accurate operational records
  • Coordinating meter-related processes and supplier updates
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Managing reactive tasks, deadlines and data discrepancies
  • Supporting reports and process improvements

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident Excel skills, including working with formulas, filters and large datasets
  • An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to investigate problems and spot data inconsistencies
