About the Role
We’re seeking a confident, competitive, and driven individual to join our fast-paced sales team in the fuel distribution sector. You will manage and develop customer accounts through telephone-based sales, handling both inbound and outbound contact. Whether you are an experienced salesperson or new to sales with the right attitude and drive, we offer full training and long-term career development.
Training and Development

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B fuel accounts
- Make a minimum of 55 outbound calls per day
- Create and deliver competitive fuel quotes to win business
- Process orders and deliveries using our internal CRM system
- Provide after-sales support and manage long-term client relationships
- Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Build rapport with clients and identify upselling opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (retail, recruitment, call centre, hospitality, etc.)
- Confidence in phone-based communication
- Experience working to KPIs or performance targets
- Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)
