COPFS is seeking a senior leader to shape how Scotland's prosecution service designs and delivers its services. As Head of Business Design and Analysis, you will lead enterprise‐wide service and operating model design, establish professional standards and build a new multidisciplinary function. Working closely with senior operational, digital and policy leaders, you will bring clarity to complex end‐to‐end services and support high‐impact transformation across a unique justice environment. This is a rare opportunity to apply business design, service design and transformation expertise at scale, influence strategic decision‐making, and deliver lasting public value through improved services that support victims, witnesses and communities across Scotland.
