We're always on the lookout for new General Managers or experienced Deputy Managers from multi department complex businesses to begin working and inducting with us so that when an opportunity comes up they are ready to hit the ground running. We run beautiful pubs across the country and allow our managers to have creativity to really put their stamp on the business. Because of the unique nature of our business, the majority of general managers that join us go through this process - think of it as a slightly longer induction where you'll cover everything from systems, food training, company culture - and get to visit a range of pubs that cater to different customers for inspiration!
