Job Description:

We\’re looking for a hands-on Production Operative to work in our factory. You\’ll help with preparing, finishing, packing and dispatching metal components, keeping quality high and the precision of finalising delivery of products pristine.

Main Duties:

• Pack and dispatch finished goods, making sure everything is labelled, protected, and ready for delivery with appropriate paperwork.
• Prepare and handle metal parts for painting and finishing.
• Carry out basic metalwork jobs such as sanding, deburring, or assembly.
• Check finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and safe.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Previous factory or production experience is helpful, but full training will be given.
• Experience in a dispatch role would be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
