What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a talented and passionate Head of Hospitality and Events to join the company. As an exclusive private members’ club and casino located in the heart of Mayfair, London, we are committed to delivering unparalleled luxury and service.
As the Head of Hospitality and Events, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company culture. You will lead the food and beverage and events teams, fostering strong morale and positive attitudes, thus creating an inspiring and supportive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the overall food and beverage operation, accountable for delivering results including profit and loss and revenue.
- Successfully plan and execute in-house events, ensuring outstanding outcomes.
- Contribute to the broader F&B strategy, implementing operational plans and building effective teams through authentic, motivating leadership.
- Drive business performance by establishing and driving lead performance indicators, generating revenue, and focusing on customer, employee, and financial metrics.
- Champion Crown’s service values, delivering a seamless customer experience aligned with expectations.
