Role Summary

The Battery Service Engineer will carry out service and repairs of battery equipment on customer sites, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Quality procedures, documenting all work, and maintaining van stock for daily maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Repair, inspect, and quote customer battery equipment and associated accessories.
  • Accurately complete job sheets, timesheets, purchase requisitions, and parts paperwork within required timescales.
  • Take responsibility for all equipment and tooling (van, laptop, tablet, etc.) and ensure it is safe for the work undertaken.
  • Work to strict planned schedules and deadlines.
  • Diagnose faults to a component level.
