As a Motive Power Specialist (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our battery products (V-Force) and use your expertise to support both internal and external inquiries.

Your role and responsibilities:
- Proactive expansion of our growth segment battery products through partnership with our dealers and end customers in the UK
- Technical product consulting for our customers as a Presales Consultant in close cooperation with the sales team during the acquisition and concept development phases
- On-site introduction of our products including hands-on training sessions to ensure the optimal use of our battery solutions
- Development, preparation and implementation of sales-oriented trainings and workshops for the internal sales team as well as for dealers and end customers
- Support of customers, identification of optimisation potential and implementation of targeted measures to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
- Coordination of technical customer inquiries in close collaboration with the service team
