We are looking for someone who has a variety of experience within Residential Conveyancing. Crown Law Solicitors are based in Morden and Wanstead. We have a strong loyal client base. Our fee earners are all specialists in their respective fields and act for a wide range of commercial and private sector clients. Our aim is to recruit a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who wishes to be part of our growth and who shares the firm's core values.
The candidate
- You will have an excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters, including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build & Lease Extensions.
- Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of matters.
- 1-3+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
- Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters.
- Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development.
- Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships.
- Self‐motivated team player.
- Ambition to progress.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Professional but friendly and approachable.
