We are seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join the Crown House Technologies team at the Ellison Institute of Technology. This role involves working on cutting‑edge research facilities within the Oxford Science Park.
Responsibilities
- Carry out commercial duties across MEP works, including measurement, valuation and subcontract management.
- Support interim applications, valuations and monthly cost reporting.
- Assist with procurement, drafting and management of MEP subcontracts.
- Monitor costs, forecast spend and support commercial reporting.
- Identify, manage and administer change, variations and change control.
- Support preparation and agreement of claims and final accounts.
- Maintain accurate commercial records across MEP packages.
- Provide contractual advice to project teams on MEP delivery.
- Prepare contract reviews and performance reporting.
- Escalate key commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support junior team members and contribute to team development.
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of JCT/Bespoke contracts.
- Experience in MEP Quantity Surveying from a specialist MEP subcontractor or main contractor.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (Quantity Surveying).
- Member of RICS or working towards achieving MRICS status (preferable).
