Crown House Technologies are currently delivering the full MEP scope for the Ellison Institute of Technology's Oxford Campus – a world-class facility combining over 30,000m² of research laboratories, an oncology and wellness clinic, and collaborative spaces focused on solving humanity's most pressing challenges. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of electrical services on one of the UK's most prestigious life sciences developments.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the delivery of the electrical packages on site through to handover.
- Ensure the timely completion of commissioning, safety documentation and final close-out.
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors and coordination with design and planning functions.
- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards.
- Drive productivity, quality, and innovation across all project stages.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- First degree in Engineering Discipline (Electrical), other construction or design related degree, or an industry recognised technical or engineering qualification (NVQ level 4) plus demonstrable experience in a design and construction delivery environment.
- Ability to drive a large-scale project.
- Previous project delivery experience of large highly regulated projects (MEP value of £15m – 100m+).
- The ability to select & manage innovative methods, use of materials & safe systems of work.
- Practical application of engineering principles and calculations.
- Establish and oversee local implementation of engineering systems, documentation / controls to comply with H&S legislation, & Company standards.
