CHT are delivering the BMS works on a brand‑new university campus in Oxford, and we’re looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to take full ownership of delivery on this flagship scheme. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full BMS project lifecycle from design through to commissioning and handover
- Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams
- Ensuring the Schneider system is implemented effectively and in line with project requirements
- Managing programme, cost, quality, and technical deliverables
- Working closely with stakeholders across the wider project team
- Driving readiness for key milestones, witness testing, and final sign‑off
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience managing BMS projects (ideally on large, complex schemes)
- Hands‑on capability with either Schneider systems, Tridium, Trend, etc.
- Proven ability to take ownership of programme, delivery, and technical coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience on major construction, healthcare, education, or campus developments is a bonus
