Do you have experience with DfMA and Revit Fabrication Parts / fabrication-driven workflows? Are you an experienced MEP Revit / BIM Coordinator with strong contractor-side experience and a passion for digital construction, coordination, and buildability? Then Crown House Technologies could be the company for you! We're looking for an MEP Revit / BIM Coordinator to join our Digital Engineering team, supporting major projects across data centres, life sciences, healthcare, and nuclear programmes.

What is the role? You’ll join our MEICA Digital Design Centre (Manchester, Leeds, or Dartford), where we fully engineer projects digitally before site works begin. This enables better coordination, increased offsite manufacture, reduced waste, and improved delivery certainty. You’ll play a key role in ensuring models are coordinated, buildable, and aligned to DfMA and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and coordinate MEP models in Autodesk Revit
  • Develop and manage Revit Fabrication Parts / fabrication content
  • Support DfMA-led design and offsite manufacturing workflows
  • Coordinate MEP services across disciplines to ensure clash-free, installation-ready models
  • Review design information for coordination, buildability, and compliance
  • Manage model information, change control, and drawing outputs
  • Work closely with consultants and delivery teams to align design and construction
  • Support project reporting and digital coordination outputs

What do we look for?

  • Strong experience in MEP Revit modelling and BIM coordination (contractor-side preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Revit Fabrication Parts / fabrication-based workflows
  • Good understanding of DfMA and offsite manufacturing principles
  • Experience coordinating with design consultants and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of building services systems (mechanical/electrical/MEP)
  • Strong understanding of buildability, sequencing, and installation constraints
  • Experience in model coordination, information management, and change control
