Senior MEP Digital Engineer in Manchester

We are seeking an experienced MEP Digital Engineers / Revit Coordinators to join our team working in Manchester. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the digital delivery of a complex, highly regulated healthcare project with long-term community impact.

At CHt, our Digital Design Centre engineers fully develop and engineer projects before they reach site. This approach enables optimised engineered solutions, maximised off-site manufacturing, reduced waste, and improved programme certainty. What will the role look like?

• Review and coordinate MEP design information to ensure completeness, compliance, and buildability, considering programme, safety, maintenance, and technical requirements.
• Support the implementation, management, and control of digital design information across all project stages.
• Assist with reporting on design progress, coordination issues, and interface management in line with the Monklands project programme.
• Work closely with construction, manufacturing, and design teams to support DfMA-led solutions suitable for healthcare environments.

What you'll need:

• Contractor-side experience in MEP Digital Design / BIM Coordination, ideally with exposure to DfMA.
• A relevant qualification such as a degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, MEICA, or an industry-recognised technical qualification (NVQ Level 4+).
• Experience collaborating with design consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and healthcare project requirements.
• Proficiency in Revit, including Fabrication Parts.

Technical Skills & Capabilities:

• Ownership of design briefs and design optimisation.
• Strong understanding and practical application of DfMA principles.
• Experience managing design teams and consultant interfaces.
• Robust information management and change control processes.
