ICT Project Engineer
Project based: NTT Data Centre, Dagenham. Duration: Permanent Role.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Project Engineer to join our dedicated, highly experienced team to work on major complex construction and infrastructure projects.

What skills & experience are we looking for?
- Experience in a previous role of managing the installation of large IP cabling infrastructures, including monitoring progress, controlling install teams, quality and compliance.
- Collaboration between all parties that sit on the network such as security systems, lighting control, Building Management Systems and any other client or third‑party IP systems that need IP connectivity.
- Extensive knowledge in the installation and testing of large IT infrastructures, both on copper (Cat5, Cat6 and Cat6e) and all types of optical fibre backbone.
- Working knowledge of current H&S legislation, IT standards e. g. TIA/EIA, ISO, BSEN.
- Recognised technical / professional qualification e. g. BICSI, C+G, HND, HNC, Prince 2.
- Ideally having network qualification such as Cisco CCNA along with manufacturers system accreditation installation and testing courses.
