Position We are seeking an MEP Commercial Manager to play a key role in the delivery of the Stansted Airport Transformation Programme, a landmark aviation infrastructure project. Both experienced Senior Commercial Managers and ambitious Commercial Managers are welcome. Responsibilities Manage all commercial aspects of a major MEP package, including subcontractors and key stakeholders. Drive commercial, contractual and financial performance to maximise profit, cash flow and margin. Lead MEP commercial delivery through pre‑construction and construction phases. Support project teams and promote best practice across MEP delivery. Prepare cost reports, forecasts, contract reviews and business updates. Manage procurement, subcontracts, variations, claims and change control. Monitor project costs and overall MEP commercial performance. Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and wider project teams. Provide commercial and contractual advice to support project delivery and risk management. Support budget setting and ongoing financial control from contract award. Develop junior commercial staff and support wider team capability. Ensure proper contract administration and escalates key commercial risks where required. Qualifications
