We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Manager / Chef to join our exciting, fast-growing team at The Crown & Horns. A lively, welcoming pub with great food, great people and a brilliant atmosphere.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves cooking, enjoys leading a kitchen, and wants to be part of something fun and forward-thinking.
The role:
- Running day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintaining high food standards and consistency
- Playing a key role in planning summer events
- Leading by example and keeping the kitchen positive and organised
- Working closely with a supportive front-of-house team
What we’re looking for:
- A confident, capable chef ready to step into a kitchen manager role
- Someone organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
- A team player with a good sense of humour
- Passion for good pub food and great service
What you’ll get:
- £13.50 - 15 per hour (depending on experience) + Tronc, circa 45 hours per week
