Crown Home Buying & Letting is a luxury estate agency based in Central London, managing a portfolio of over 200 premium properties. We pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of service to our landlords and tenants. We are now looking for a Property Administrator to join our growing team and support the smooth running of our property management function.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and close utility accounts (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband) during tenancy changes and void periods.
- Liaise with utility providers to resolve billing or account issues.
- Maintain accurate records of meter readings and supplier information.
- Assist the Property Managers in handling tenant repair requests.
- Liaise with contractors to arrange quotes, schedule works, and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up on outstanding repairs and update tenants and landlords regularly.
- Maintain repair logs and ensure compliance with internal service standards.
General Admin & Support
- Assist with deposit deductions by preparing supporting documents (e.g. repair invoices).
- Maintain organised records on our property management system.
- Provide administrative support during move-ins, move-outs, and tenancy renewals.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in property management or administration preferred (not essential).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software (training provided).
- Friendly, proactive, and confident in dealing with tenants and contractors.
