Crown Home Buying & Letting is a luxury estate agency based in Central London, managing a portfolio of over 200 premium properties. We pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of service to our landlords and tenants. We are now looking for a Property Administrator to join our growing team and support the smooth running of our property management function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and close utility accounts (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband) during tenancy changes and void periods.
  • Liaise with utility providers to resolve billing or account issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of meter readings and supplier information.
  • Assist the Property Managers in handling tenant repair requests.
  • Liaise with contractors to arrange quotes, schedule works, and ensure timely completion.
  • Follow up on outstanding repairs and update tenants and landlords regularly.
  • Maintain repair logs and ensure compliance with internal service standards.

General Admin & Support

  • Assist with deposit deductions by preparing supporting documents (e.g. repair invoices).
  • Maintain organised records on our property management system.
  • Provide administrative support during move-ins, move-outs, and tenancy renewals.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in property management or administration preferred (not essential).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software (training provided).
  • Friendly, proactive, and confident in dealing with tenants and contractors.
