As a Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of luxury residential properties. Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with any property maintenance and repair issues
  • Responding to tenants regarding any property issues
  • Liaising and coordinating with contractors for scheduled works
  • Ensuring all contractors' invoices are checked and communicated to the Client Account team
  • Checking and preparing properties for new tenancies
  • Arranging Inventory Check-in and Check-out
  • Ensuring council tax and all utilities are switched over and up to date with payments
  • Carrying out property inspections including pre-tenancy, mid-term, and end-of-tenancy
  • Managing tenant check-out process and deposit return
  • Handling tenant complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensuring clear communication with other teams within the lettings department
  • Maintaining a professional approach to tenants, customers, and clients at all times
  • Carrying out general administration duties
  • Ensuring all data is stored according to the company’s standard
  • Maintaining accurate records of all property-related activities

Skills required:

  • Ideally be ARLA licensed/achieved the NFOPP Technical Award
  • A minimum of two years experience in the residential lettings industry
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Be adaptable and a good team player
  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MAC systems
  • Ability to work well within a team and on their own
