As a Senior Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of luxury residential properties. Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with any property maintenance and repair issues
- Responding to tenants regarding any property issues
- Liaising and coordinating with contractors for scheduled works
- Ensuring all contractors' invoices are checked and communicated to Client Account team
- Checking and preparing properties for new tenancies
- Arranging Inventory Check-in and Check-out
- Ensuring council tax and all utilities are switched over and up to date with payments
- Carrying out property inspections, including pre-tenancy, mid-term and end-of-tenancy
- Managing the tenant check-out process and deposit return
- Handling tenant complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring clear communication with other teams within the letting’s department
- Ensuring a professional approach to tenants, customers and clients at all times
- Carrying out general administration duties
- Ensuring all data is stored according to the company’s standard
- Maintaining accurate records of all property-related activities
Skills required:
- Ideally be ARLA licensed/achieved the NFOPP Technical Award
- A minimum two years experience in residential lettings industry
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Be adaptable and a good team player
- Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MAC systems
- Ability to work well within a team and on their own
