As a Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of luxury residential properties. Responsibilities include liaising with landlords and tenants, managing inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for landlord reporting, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining tenant satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater London.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deal with any property maintenance and repair issues
  • Respond to tenant regarding any property issues
  • Liaising and coordinating with contractors for scheduled works
  • Ensure all contractors invoices are checked and communicated to Client Account team
  • Check and preparing properties for new tenancies
  • Arrange Inventory Check-in and Check-out
  • Ensure council tax and all utilities are switched over and up to date with payments
  • Carry out property inspections including (pre-tenancy, mid-term and end-of-tenancy)
  • Manage tenant check out process and deposit return
  • Handle tenant complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure a clear communication with other teams within the letting’s department
  • Ensure a professional approach to tenants, customers and clients at all times
  • Carry out general administration duties
  • Ensure all data are stored according to the company’s standard
  • Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities

Skills required

  • Ideally be ARLA licensed/achieved the NFOPP Technical Award
  • A minimum two years experience in residential lettings industry
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Be adaptable and a good team player
  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MAC systems
  • Ability to work well within a team and on their own
