We are a boutique independent agency based in a beautiful office at St Katharine Docks, specialising in high-end residential lettings across Central London. Our portfolio covers Zone 1 to Zone 3, from East to West London, with monthly rents ranging from £2,500 to £25,000. The majority of our homes sit in the £3,500–£6,000 range, alongside a strong selection of premium residences with full facilities and a growing number of properties above £10,000 per month.
We work with quality homes, professional landlords, and international tenants who value service, clarity, and a smooth experience. How things are done matters to us, not just how quickly they are done.
We are now looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who enjoys working with strong stock, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to build a long-term career in London property.
This role covers the lettings journey from initial enquiry through to pre-tenancy completion. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, negotiating terms, coordinating the transaction, and ensuring that paperwork and compliance are handled properly and accurately. While you will not be managing landlords day to day, you will be expected to manage expectations clearly and professionally throughout the process.
We value people who understand that successful lettings are built on both good negotiation and careful attention to detail. Accountability and professionalism are essential.
We also genuinely care about work-life balance. This is not an agency that burns people out with long hours. You do need to know what you are doing, take responsibility for your targets, and work smart as well as hard, but in return, you will find a supportive team, clear expectations, and a respectful working environment.
This role offers strong earning potential for someone who is commercially minded, organised, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. There is also real satisfaction in helping tenants move into beautiful homes they have aspired to live in, and in representing properties you can genuinely be proud of.
This is not a short-term or entry-level role. It is an opportunity to grow within a boutique agency that values quality, longevity, and people who want to build something meaningful over time.
If this sounds aligned with how you work and what you’re looking for next, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Get in touch today to find out more.
