The VIE in Digital Engineering plays an active role in delivering and scaling digital solutions across manufacturing plants internationally. This position combines technical execution with project ownership and stakeholder engagement.

Typical Work / Projects
  • Lead deployment of digital applications (e.g., performance dashboards, MES modules) across sites
  • Drive standardisation of data models and KPIs across multiple plants
  • Coordinate integration between shopfloor systems (PLC/SCADA) and central platforms
  • Support implementation of advanced use cases (e.g., predictive maintenance, AI-based analytics)
  • Act as a bridge between local plant teams and central digital engineering
