About this opportunity
We have a new vacancy for a Despatch Operative to be based at our site in Wortley.
Your mission in CMbE
Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for packing machine loose parts. The candidate will maintain a tidy and safe working environment by following the company EHS practices. The candidate will have previous experience in a Warehouse environment and will be proficient on Aras, IBS and JDE. A good understanding of computers and warehouse scanning systems is required.
About you
The successful candidate will communicate effectively with the Despatch team and wider departments, and be the point of contact for drivers collecting goods from site. The ideal candidate will take initiative and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when problem solving. Experience operating Material Handling Equipment is required, with a Counterbalance/Reach Truck/Pivot Steer Licence. Banksman training is advantageous but not essential.
