We are looking for a qualified Water Treatment / Washer Mechanic to come and join our Team! This is a shift based role, where you will work on a 4 on 4 off rotational basis, working both days and nights.
Your mission in Crown: Within the role, you will be working together with another team member to oversee our can washing process. From completing essential quality checks of both our cans and line conditions, to ensuring that our discharged water meets legislative requirements, you will ensure the operation runs effectively and efficiently. You will also be proactive in ensuring that preventative maintenance activities are completed within the area and will ensure that cans run through the water treatment area with minimal downtime.
About you: You will be in possession of at least a Level 3 qualification in water treatment operations or a chemical discipline, together with a mechanical background. Ideally you will have proven experience working in a water treatment operation. You have a solid knowledge of safety, hygiene and quality procedures. You are a team player with effective communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
