Your role will play a significant part in the company’s growth and overall success by delivering quality service to our customers whilst performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.

Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties?

  • Conduct customer-focused scheduled and ‘breakdown’ services.
  • Assist in the preparation of field-based quotes for customers through the completion of jobs.
  • Record notes and file service records appropriately.
  • Be a part of the service team and provide high level customer service to help our customers solve their material handling needs.
  • Access to industry-leading training and development and grade progression opportunities.
  • Maintain up to date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, new products and services.
  • Partner with the Company and maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician will be highly regarded but not essential.
  • Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
