We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our team. This role is responsible for the effective management, control and reporting of capital equipment inventory across the branch. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage stocktake processes, and ensure inventory integrity across all equipment, including batteries and chargers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor inventory control measures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and conduct monthly stocktake of capital equipment.
  • Analyse stocktake variances, identify root causes, and complement corrective actions.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all inventory movements.
  • Manage and coordinate expiring units and unappropriated rental equipment.
  • Oversee battery and charger inventory, including ordering and tracking across branches.
  • Prepare equipment for rental fleet additions.
  • Manage and report on key inventory KPIs, including unaccounted stock and equipment on loan.
  • Coordinate scrap processes, including identification, documentations, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for scrapping and asset disposal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve process.
  • Participate in branch projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
