Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties:
- Conduct customer-focused scheduled and ‘breakdown’ services.
- Assist in the preparation of field-based quotes for customers through the completion of jobs.
- Record notes and file service records appropriately.
- Provide high level customer service to help our customers solve their material handling needs.
- Access to industry-leading training and development and grade progression opportunities.
- Maintain up to date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, new products and services.
- Partner with the Company and maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
