Crown Energy is a well-established multi-utility provider delivering gas, electricity and water infrastructure solutions for residential and commercial developments across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit ambitious Trainee Account Managers to join our Bury-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with confidence, drive and strong communication skills who wants to build a long-term career within a specialist and fast-moving industry. No utilities experience is required – full training will be provided.

The Role
Once trained, you’ll support developers, contractors and commercial clients with utility infrastructure projects involving gas, electric and water connections.
Responsibilities
- Managing inbound customer enquiries
- Building long-lasting relationships with customers and contractors, driving repeat business
- Learning technical utility connection processes
- Preparing quotations and pricing information
- Solving problems and providing solutions
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Working towards targets and business objectives
This is a relationship-led, technical account management role – not a call centre position or high-volume telesales environment.
