You’ll join a small, close-knit team specialising in gas, electricity and water connections, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to quotation, delivery and completion. This role suits someone who enjoys relationship-led sales, following up warm enquiries, building trust with customers, and turning technical requirements into clear quotes and projects. Previous utilities experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. What matters most is that you are organised, proactive, confident building relationships, and comfortable working with quotes, figures and customer enquiries.
You’ll be responsible for preparing quotes, keeping opportunities moving, and making sure customers receive a professional, reliable service from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing- Managing warm inbound enquiries for gas, electricity and water connections
- Preparing quotations and proposals with support from our operations planning team
- Following up quotes and customer enquiries
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Acting as the main point of contact throughout the customer journey
- Managing your pipeline and keeping CRM records accurate
- Working closely with internal teams to support delivery
- Identifying opportunities for repeat business and account growth
- Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or sales coordination
