Crown Distributors is Kansas's family-owned beverage distributor, hiring a Class A CDL Delivery Driver for our Salina facility. Local route, no overnights, home every afternoon. We're looking for safe, reliable drivers who take pride in their route and represent the company at every customer.
Full-time 4 or 5 day work week depending on route assignment, with a fixed early-morning start (typically 5:00 to 6:00 a.m.); home daily with evenings off. Don't have a CDL yet? We have a paid in-house CDL training program. Apply for our Delivery Trainee role instead.
Responsibilities- Operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer or straight truck on an assigned local route, safely delivering beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages from the warehouse to retail customers on schedule.
- Deliver on the scheduled window with the right product in the right quantity. Rotate the retailer's stock, stock any out-of-stocks at the account, and partner with the sales rep on account needs.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, including pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Treat the tractor, trailer, wheeler, and any assigned electric pallet jack like the team, business, and company image depend on it. Keep trucks and trailer clean inside and out.
- Reliable attendance and efficient route execution keep team resources and support available for everyone.
- Pay: $53,000 to $66,000 annually depending on experience and route assignment, with guaranteed 40 hours plus 5 hours of overtime every week.

- Material handling equipment (hand-trucks, electric pallet jacks) is used to move kegs and pallets.
