This is a Motion Design role at a hospitality design studio working with some of the most exciting names in our sector. We are a studio of designers, writers, artists and strategists passionate about the space where hospitality and design meet. We are expanding our London studio and are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our growing Design team. This role is open to both Midweight and Senior-level candidates, with salary and responsibility aligned to experience.
This is a hands-on, creatively ambitious role. You will help bring our brand identities to life through motion, film, and digital storytelling — across client projects and Crown Creative ventures. You should be highly visual, conceptually strong, and passionate about how motion enhances brand expression.
At Crown Creative, brand design does not stop at static assets. The identities we create live in physical spaces, digital environments, social platforms and experiential moments. Motion plays a critical role in how our brands feel, move and connect with audiences.
You will work closely with the Creative Director, Lead Designers and wider studio team, contributing to projects from concept through to delivery, and helping define how motion design integrates into hospitality branding. This role reports to the Lead Designer & Creative Director.
While Crown Creative promotes a flexible working environment, we require this person to be based in London or Belfast or be willing to relocate & have full-time availability. You must have the right to work in the UK.
