Crown Cloud AI Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager to build a qualified UK sales pipeline and develop strategic relationships that create sustainable revenue. The role focuses on disciplined prospecting, consultative selling, partnerships, and commercial conversion across the company’s technology and AI services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a focused UK business-development plan aligned with revenue priorities and target sectors.
  • Generate, qualify, and progress opportunities through outreach, referrals, events, partnerships, and inbound enquiries.
  • Build relationships with SMEs, public bodies, education providers, business networks, and delivery partners.
  • Conduct discovery, identify commercial problems, and position appropriate Crown Cloud AI capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, forecasts, follow-ups, and conversion reporting.
  • Coordinate proposals, presentations, demonstrations, approved negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent Crown Cloud AI professionally at relevant meetings, conferences, and networking events.
  • Track market feedback and work with delivery leaders to ensure opportunities are realistic, deliverable, and commercially viable.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Approximately 4 years of successful B2B business-development, partnerships, or consultative-sales experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience building pipelines and converting opportunities within technology, digital, or professional-services environments.
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate business value effectively without overselling unapproved capabilities or making unauthorised commitments.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing structured sales stages, forecasts, and follow-ups.
  • Strong commercial judgement, resilience, personal accountability, and professional written English.
  • Ability to travel within the UK for meetings and events where reasonably required.

Desirable

  • Existing networks among UK SMEs, public-sector organisations, education providers, or business communities.
  • Understanding of digital technology and experience developing channel, referral, or industry partnerships.
  • Experience selling or positioning AI, automation, cloud, SaaS, or digital transformation services.

Employment Conditions

  • This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term appointment.
