Crown Cloud AI Limited is looking for a commercially aware Business Analyst / Product Owner to turn business needs into clear, testable, and commercially practical digital solutions. The successful candidate will lead discovery, analyse business processes, define requirements, prioritise product needs, and maintain alignment between customers, commercial stakeholders, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process-review workshops.
- Analyse current operations, pain points, data flows, controls, and opportunities for digital improvement.
- Define business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
- Maintain prioritised product backlogs and support planning, estimation, refinement, and release decisions.
- Translate business requirements into clear guidance for designers, engineers, QA, and automation specialists.
- Validate proposed solutions against business objectives, user needs, scope, risk, and expected value.
- Support prototypes, demonstrations, user-acceptance testing, training, and stakeholder approval.
- Maintain requirements traceability, decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and controlled scope changes.
- Promote practical, scalable solutions and challenge unnecessary complexity or unclear requirements.
- Work closely with delivery leadership to maintain alignment between product priorities and business objectives.
Essential Experience & Skills
- 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or comparable digital-delivery professional is preferred.
- Strong experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Ability to analyse complex processes and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Practical knowledge of Agile delivery, product backlogs, user-acceptance testing, and change control.
- Strong facilitation, questioning, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good understanding of data, integrations, APIs, CRM, automation, and digital-platform concepts.
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise business value and maintain delivery momentum.
Desirable
- Experience with SaaS, CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, AI automation, marketplaces, or customer portals.
- Business analysis, Agile, Scrum, or product-management certification.
- Experience working with distributed or international engineering teams.
- Experience supporting digital products through discovery, delivery, testing, and release.
Employment Conditions
- This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term appointment.
