Pennine Lodge located in Carlisle is a 70-bed Registered Care Home providing an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter-term care.

Senior Care Assistants NIGHTS
Applicants should possess a genuine commitment to providing the highest quality of residential care within our beautiful new purpose-built care home setting.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have the ability to lead a dynamic staff team in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Be able to multi-task, liaise and drive forward activity on site.
- Be able to act on your own initiative and have the confidence in your ability to make the correct decisions on a daily basis.
- Want to take advantage of the excellent Training and Development, and future career opportunities we offer our staff within Crown Care Group.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience of working in a similar role.
- Have proven experience of liaising with external health professionals.
- Attention to detail and high-quality care standards.
- Have a proven stable employment record and references.
- Enhanced DBS will be required.
