Crown Care Group are pleased to announce the following Day Care Assistant vacancy at Goldsborough Manor, Strensall, York. Goldsborough Manor is a luxurious care home situated in the quiet village location of Strensall, York. This stunningly beautiful 62 bed care home provides high-quality person-centred care to residents who require residential and dementia care.
If you want to work with a committed and dynamic team in a fulfilling and rewarding care home, then this is the job for you. You will ideally have experience within a care home setting and be confident around service users with dementia. We offer continual learning and development which is supported by our registered manager.
Essential Criteria:- Previous experience of working within an elderly care setting desirable
- NVQ Level 2 or willing to work towards
- Willing to attend training sessions to develop skills
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Working on a rota system
- Candidates would be expected to work alternative weekends
