We seek out the most dedicated, kindest, caring, devoted people to lead, develop and manage our care homes. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care that has the resident at the centre at all times. If our philosophy and model of person-centred care excites and inspires you, then we will always welcome you to join us on our Crown Care journey, whereby we aspire to deliver “true excellence” in a loving, caring, enabling environment and where we make a positive difference to our residents every day.
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Care Home for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people that have chosen to live in a popular home in Bishop Auckland.
