Crown Care Group is pleased to announce the following Day Care Assistant vacancy at Goldsborough Manor, Strensall, York. Goldsborough Manor is a luxury care home situated in the quiet village location of Strensall, York. This stunningly beautiful 62‑bed care home provides high‑quality person‑centred care to residents who require residential and dementia care. If you want to work with a committed and dynamic team in a fulfilling and rewarding care home, then this is the job for you.
You will ideally have experience within a care home setting and be confident around service users with dementia. We offer continual learning and development which is supported by our registered manager.
Essential Criteria:- Previous experience of working within an elderly care setting desirable
- NVQ Level 2 or willing to work towards
- willing to attend training sessions to develop skills
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Working on a rota system
- Candidates would be expected to work alternative weekends
Job Type: Full Time. Part‑time / Full‑time hours available 33‑44 per week. £13.50.
