About the Role

The Study Coordinator supports research and development activities and assists in overseeing the revival, expansion, biobanking and scientific integrity of the PDX and CDX platform.

Responsibilities

  • Track revival, expansion and QC testing of PDX models.
  • Create, review and distribute study-related documents for preclinical studies.
  • Track progress of studies, carry out data analysis and prepare presentations and datapacks.
  • Conduct project administration, including ordering mice, compounds and consumables.
  • Facilitate communication flow across Crown Bioscience departments.
  • Ensure quality assurance is maintained by following company SOPs and working under Crown’s Quality System.

Qualifications

  • BSc. in a scientific discipline (essential)

Required Skills

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, including use of Excel, PPT and Word.
  • Troubleshoot effectively and solve scientific and admin problems.
  • Ability to understand scientific literature
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills
