At the Crown & Anchor in London’s Seven Dials, you will find the team busy working over two floors to ensure customers enjoy a warm welcome, an enticing traditional menu and an exciting range of drinks, from cask conditioned ales to continental lagers. Crown & Anchor is small yet mighty, it is a lively place to work with customers spilling onto the streets, in an orderly fashion of course. The small but perfectly formed team love to support and learn from each other whilst having fun along the way. When it comes to hospitality, they are professionals, but they still find a moment to engage with their customers from the area too.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the team at Crown & Anchor Pub! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are committed to developing their careers within the hospitality sector. This role is intended to support professional growth, enhance leadership skills, and provide a solid foundation for progression into future management positions. Joining the team as a Supervisor, you’ll ensure every shift goes like clockwork. That involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently dealing with any issues that arise. You’ll also get to know busy times, and ensure we’re ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team and you’ll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles. And we’ll support you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme mentored by the wider team to ensure you feel part of our big family.
