What you\'ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day accounting entries across sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers
- Reconciling bank and credit card transactions, including processing expenses and cash
- Supporting credit control processes to help ensure smooth payment cycles
- Coordinating with clients regarding exhibition-related purchases such as insurance, scanners and furniture
- Ensuring financial data in Xero is accurate and aligned with internal CRM and fulfilment systems
- Generating reports in Xero and Excel to support internal decision-making
- Assisting with quarterly VAT returns via MTD
- Supporting the Financial Director in the preparation of annual statutory accounts
- Always keeping an eye on compliance with relevant financial regulations
