A global property company based in Southwest London has an exciting opportunity to join their accounts team on a 9-month fixed term contract. This is a busy and fast-paced role where you will be an instrumental part of the finance function. As the Property Accounts Assistant, you are responsible for managing the financial transactions between the property company and its clients and tenants.

Ideally, you will have approximately two or more years of experience working as an accounts assistant within the property sector and be looking for your next career move. Key responsibilities of the Property Accounts Assistant:
- Respond to and resolve queries from landlords, tenants and internal office teams.
- Process deposit refunds and ensure new tenant accounts are set up accurately.
- Handle tenancy and account terminations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process daily payments to landlords and contractors.
- Support the verification and approval of new or amended bank details.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks, escalating any risks, concerns or issues promptly when required.
