Key Responsibilities
- Produce monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare journals including accruals, prepayments and deferred income
- Manage the Fixed Asset Register
- Support month‑end, year‑end and audit processes
- Prepare VAT returns
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow reporting
- Deliver cost analysis and commercial insight to support business performance
- Improve financial controls, reporting processes and system reconciliations
Required Skills & Experience
- Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA
- Strong management accounting experience
- Understanding of revenue recognition and WIP reporting
- Sage 200 or similar finance system experience
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Lookups
- Confident communicator with a proactive, team‑focused attitude
