Crowlands Primary School, part of The Growing Together Federation, is seeking a highly flexible, self‑motivated and reliable Midday Supervisor to support pupils during lunchtime, indoors or outside, providing first aid, positive play and assistance with OPAL activities.
You will:
- Work independently while contributing to a strong team ethos
- Be flexible and open to change to meet pupils’ needs
- Be proactive and willing to use your own initiative
- Remain calm and confident under pressure
- Play a team‑player role, open to advice, feedback and guidance
- Deal with sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Show resilience, hard‑working and self‑motivated attitude
- Be a good time‑keeper
- Be ICT literate to record incidents/accidents on Evolve First Aid and complete in‑house online training
Qualifications and Training:
- First aid certificate desirable but training can be arranged
- Capable of record‑keeping on Evolve First Aid
- ICT literate
